Terms of Use

1. Purpose of the service

Pantrio49 helps manage food inventory, track expiration dates, use shared pantries, and receive AI recipes. The service is not medical, dietary, or professional food-safety advice.

2. Account and security

• You are responsible for access to your email and device.
• Do not share one-time codes.
• Do not attempt to access another person’s pantry, account, or administrative features.
• If you suspect compromise, sign out and contact the developer.

3. Shared pantries

The owner manages members and is responsible for granting access. Editors may change shared data within their role. An owner account cannot be deleted until its owned pantries are handled.

4. AI features

Recipes and meal plans are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You must independently assess allergens, contraindications, food safety, and the suitability of recommendations.

5. Acceptable use

Automated spam, limit evasion, service interference, malicious requests, and unlawful use are prohibited.

6. Availability and changes

Features may change, be temporarily limited, or be discontinued for maintenance, security, and product development. Continuous error-free operation is not guaranteed.

7. Paid subscriptions

Premium and Super are auto-renewing subscriptions sold through Google Play with monthly or yearly billing. The localized price and billing period are shown before purchase, and payment is charged to your Google Play account. You can manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play; after cancellation, paid access remains active until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling Pantrio49 does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are governed by Google Play policies and applicable law. Free remains available without a paid subscription.

8. Account deletion

You can delete an account in the app after OTP verification or use the public form. Public requests are reviewed manually and require a separate final email confirmation. Account deletion does not by itself cancel a Google Play subscription.
